Floors that stay flat and stay put
A floor shows every shortcut. Run a hand across a badly laid one and you will feel the edges, or look down a hallway in raking light and you will see every high point. Almost always the tiles are not the problem, the slab underneath is.
So we start there. Every floor gets checked with a straight edge and a laser before anything is priced, and if it needs screeding or self levelling we tell you at the quote rather than discovering it on day two.
